My name is Anjali Hardik Jagad and I am the founder and proprietor of Mahalaxmi Foods, the company behind the beloved Anjali's Khakhra brand. What started as a passion for making authentic Gujarati snacks has grown into a thriving food manufacturing business over the past 5+ years.
Based in Umaniyavadar, Bhavnagar, Gujarat, our registered facility (Mahalaxmi Foods) has been crafting premium Khakhra since 2020. I started this journey driven by a desire to preserve the authentic taste of traditional Gujarati cooking — the kind of crispy, wholesome snacks that have been a part of every Gujarati household for generations.
